10 Easy Steps to Primal Living

1. Eat real food.

If it’s in a box with a shelf life of months and has more than a few ingredients, then it’s probably not real food.
Anything you can eat in its raw state without ending up in hospital would be classed as real food ( good luck eating raw kidney beans, wheat or rice ).

2. Don’t do cardio.

Nothing is more unnatural than pushing yourself through marathons. Ride a bike for 7 hours or pound the treadmill for an hour.
Humans evolved to Stalk (walking), Gather (walking), Attack (sprints), Run away from predators (sprints), Throw (explosiveness), Lift heavy things (lifting weights).
All in short bursts ( except the walking part – humans are excellent long distance walker who can, if needed, walk for days, in heat thanks to our ability to regulate our body temperature through sweat ) so if your weight lifting session lasts 60 minutes you are overdoing it.
